With more than 10 years of operational and financial management experience, Sara O'Brien manages the daily and large-scale operations and finances of the statewide and center-based efforts of Audubon Arizona. She is responsible for evaluating and improving the strategic direction of the organization as a whole, and implementing policies, procedures and actionable goals to achieve the office's short and long-term objectives. In addition, Sara oversees all aspects of organizational budgeting and spending, HR, facilities and operations management, and earned income efforts.
She really enjoys caterpillars— especially when they are hanging from a bird's mouth.
