Nature & Art Come Together! Workshop Series with Artist & Illustrator- Devon Meyer

Great news!!!

The Nina Mason Pulliam Rio Salado Audubon Center will be extending the Nature & Art Come Together Workshop Series with Artist & Illustrator, Devon Meyer, through May 2015!  Channel your creativity through nature journaling and learn how to draw and paint the natural world. 

Classes will be held at the Nina Mason Pulliam Rio Salado Audubon Center, from 9:00am-12:00pm

Extension dates are as follows:

Saturday, March 7th 

Saturday, April 18th

Saturday, May 2nd

Birds 'n Beer
Every third Thursday of the month, doors open at 5:30pm, program begins at 6:30pm

Join us after work every third Thursday of the month for Birds 'n Beer.  Sip on a Four Peaks brew while enjoying an entertaining and enlightening presentation on wildlife.  Meet other professionals who care about Arizona's beautiful natural spaces.  New topic every month. Conservation Workdays

Every third Saturday of the month, September-April (excluding December), 8am-noon

Looking for a way to make a difference? Sign up for our Conservation Workdays at the Rio Salado Habitat and get your hands dirty to benefit wildlife! Help prepare a pollinator garden, clean up the river bed, create bird habitat, remove invasive plants. No experience necessary! Great for individuals and groups. Weekly Saturday Morning Bird Walks

8am - 9am weekly, weather permitting, during the spring and fall. 

Join Joe Willy, a resident bird enthusiast, for a relaxed birding foray into the Rio Salado Habitat Restoration Area.  All ages are welcome and loaner binoculars are available. 

Birders will meet in the WEST side parking lot of the Nina Mason Pulliam Rio Salado Audubon Center (3131 S. Central Ave).
